Theft
Although balantly obvious, some people just can't seem to understand. Theft will not be tolerated on Delica. It is not right in the real world, and it is not right in the cyber world either. This includes claiming anything on this site to be yours (that is, unless stated otherwise), claiming to have made it, or stealing any content (graphics, coding, etc.) within the site.
Alteration
You must not alter or modify any materials provided on Delica in any way. Minor changes to coding are fine (such as colour changes); however, major changes such as positioning is disallowed. 'Alteration' also apply to images, as any modification to images is disallowed. If there are any questions regarding to your limitation in regards to alteration, you may contact me.
Redistribution
You are not allowed to redistibute anything without my permission and consent. Regardless of whether you have credited me or not, it is disallowed. To clarify matters, a link to my site where the graphic is located is not considered redistribution. However, uploading a graphic from Delica on your own server and further distributing it, is considered redistribution.
Linkage
If you have used any material provided by Delica, I expect to be credited. Credits are not allowed to be removed, no matter the circumstance. This includes 'hard credits' on images, which can not be altered, and 'soft credits', which you technically have the power to modify, but ofcourse-- you are forbidden to. To not credit/link Delica back, you are considered to have stolen the material. | |
